As we all know, the machete bending machine has experienced many upgrades and improvements. At present, the high-end machete bending machine on the market adopts double screw rod circulation feeding with angle grinding function. The emergence of the automatic angle grinding makes the laser knife mould machine industry more widely used. The accuracy and process requirements are higher.

Zy-320b adopts 4 grinding discs, 2 for positive and 2 for negative. The edge grinding device on both sides of the cutter bender includes: driving mechanism, disc grinding driving motor, blade guide frame, and disc grinding mounting frame on both sides of the guide rail of the blade guide frame. The guide rail of the blade guide frame is set to be horizontal and vertical. One side of the guide rail of each disc grinding mounting frame surface is installed with triangular and rectangular grinding discs in the vertical direction, and the guide rail of the blade guide frame is two The side corresponding to the position of the grinding disc is provided with an opening in the vertical direction, the grinding disc mounting frame can move along the vertical direction and the horizontal direction respectively through the driving mechanism, and the grinding disc driving motor drives the grinding disc to rotate.

The grinding discs on both sides of the guide rail of the blade guide frame are staggered horizontally, and the blade guide frame is a guide plate groove for accommodating the blade to pass through. The side wall of the guide plate groove corresponding to the grinding disc position is provided with an opening in the vertical direction, and the opposite side wall forms a supporting wall relative to the opening.

The two sides of the knife guide frame are also provided with a knife pressing mechanism for pressing the side of the knife blade when grinding the knife blade.

The press knife mechanism includes a press knife fixing seat fixed on the top of the blade guide frame, which is equipped with two air cylinders. The movement direction of the piston rod of the two air cylinders is horizontal and transverse. The piston rod of each air cylinder is hinged with one end of the press rod with a back bend part, and the back bend part of the press rod is hinged on the press knife fixing seat.
